To register you must have the following details Business Number (BN) and IB/IBO ID of the company you are registering as an agent of.

Create a simple profile: It only takes five minutes.
Record the voice assessment: Click on Start Now under Voice Assessment in the registration dashboard to start. Follow the instructions accurately before you start the assessment.
Complete the eID Verification: Via the third-party vendor- First Advantage.
Order the Background Check.
Sign a non-disclosure agreement: This is when you get to access the names of the prestigious client opportunities available.
Register using our company IBO ID (mentioned above).
Review the client opportunities available:select one that works for you and your company. Be sure to review the Opportunity Announcement, which provides the important details about each client project.When you’re ready, enroll in a certification course that works with your schedule. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses. Most come with a fee that ranges as low as $9.00. These courses are required by clients and provide details about the client’s systems and the requirements of the client program. These programs are client driven and certify the agents of call centre companies using our Partner's Platform to interact with the brand’s customers after passing an assessment that validates they understand client call types, performance metrics, client systems, and more.
P.S.: We will deduct a minimal service fee of $30.00 or 10% (whichever is lesser) of your per pay check. For Example: if you earn $1500.00 in a fortnight then we will deduct $30.00 and if you earn $200.00 in a fortnight then we will deduct $20.00 as our service fee from your per pay check. You will be paid bi-weekly/fortnightly. This service fee covers administrative expenses, banking services, virtual assistance and platforms provided.
